Sustainable Development Donation

As Hayrat Aid, through sustainable development donations, we support individuals and families in need to establish their own livelihoods. Through income-generating projects such as vocational training, production equipment, small businesses, agriculture, and animal husbandry, we aim for the impact of our aid to be long-lasting.

With your donation to this general campaign, you can contribute to the implementation of sustainable development projects that are evaluated according to the region's conditions and needs.

What Does a Sustainable Development Donation Support?

In our sustainable development efforts, instead of applying the same model for every region, we develop projects tailored to local livelihood conditions. We carry out initiatives that enable supported individuals to use their existing skills or acquire new ones.

In this context:

• We create employment opportunities for income generation with mobile business models like the Gerobak Food Cart.

• With Tuktuk support, we contribute to passenger and cargo transport in regions where transportation is a significant source of livelihood.

• With sewing machines and sewing workshops, we support vocational skills and production opportunities.

• Through small livestock projects, we help families strengthen their livelihoods in regions where animal husbandry is common.

• With agriculture, sapling, and bakery projects, we aim to support production, employment, and local economic activities.

In 2025, we carried out Tuktuk Taxi projects in Somalia, a Bakery in Afghanistan, a Sewing Workshop and Farmland in Burkina Faso, and a Gerobak Food Cart in Indonesia. In 2024, we reached a total of 9,665 people through our sustainable development projects; we supported 175 people with 35 sewing machines, 400 people with 80 small livestock, and provided 1,000 saplings.
