Due to the severe damage to Gaza’s healthcare infrastructure, many patients face serious difficulties in accessing life-saving surgeries. As part of the “Gaza Surgical Operations Project” carried out by Hayrat Aid, we have been providing uninterrupted support for surgical interventions in the region for the past two weeks.

Within the scope of the project, the necessary medical equipment, medications, and surgical expenses are covered through the generous support of our donors. This enables urgent and life-saving surgeries to be carried out in hospitals across Gaza.

So far, more than 30 surgeries have been successfully completed in three different hospitals. These procedures include shrapnel removal, cataract surgery, gallbladder operations, and hernia surgeries across various medical specialties. Surgical interventions continue at Yaffa Hospital, Public Aid Hospital, and the Patient Friends Benevolent Society Hospital.

These critical efforts provide vital hope to patients struggling for survival in Gaza. In the first phase of the project, we aim to carry out 50 medium-scale and 50 major surgical operations. With your support, we will continue to bring hope to patients with limited access to healthcare services.
