There are 200 million orphans in the World according to the official numbers. Most of those children who have been orphaned by natural disasters, conflicts and wars live in the world of Islam.
Millions of orphans who strive to live on without the protection of a state or parents are in danger of missionaries, kidnappers and organ mafias.
Hayrat Aid protects orphans entrusted to the ummah with your support and keeps them safe against external dangers. We support more than 17,000 orphan children, whose care we undertake, in Turkey, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Palestine, Syria, Sudan, Chad, Indonesia, Somalia, Cambodia, and many other countries until they stand on their own feet. We are preparing thousands of children in need in Turkey and abroad for the best future together with the orphan sponsorship program we have initiated, the one-to-one orphan sponsorship, and the Orphan Education Centers we have opened.

Within the orphan sponsorship project
There are two methods in which benefactors can help the orphans.
1- Orphans in Turkey receive cash donations. Children receive it from their parents or other relatives.
2- Food packages, hygiene kits, clothing, stationery, gifts, and a variety of other items are given to orphan children around the world as in-kind donations. (Aid amounts differ depending on the countries' social and economic conditions.)
The Orphan Education Centers
1. We meet the tangible and intangible needs of our orphans through our Orphan Education Centers in Turkey and abroad. Learning and memorization of the Qur'an, Muhammad PBUH's history, Doctrines/Beliefs conversations, and so on. In addition to religious lessons, studies and various programs are organized with a focus on positive science lessons.
2. While most of our Orphan Education Centers provide daytime education, some of them provide boarding education.
What can I do?
• You can take care of 1 or more orphans and support their monthly needs by being a sponsor.
• You can donate your qurban, zakat, and fitrah for the orphan children.
