In today's world, a strong and independent future is directly linked to the ability to produce high technology. The vision of the National Technology Initiative aims to strengthen domestic and national production in the fields of R&D, engineering, digital transformation, and human capital. In line with this, Hayrat Technology Teams conduct training and development programs to prepare young people for the TEKNOFEST processes, bringing the discipline of project development, teamwork, and prototyping to the field. With the achievements and the 2026 goals, the aim is to involve more young people in the technology production ecosystem and to strengthen a sustainable team structure.
Technology for Good
Developing innovative solutions alongside traditional methods makes it possible to use resources more efficiently, reach more people, and create a lasting impact. Hayrat Aid, through its Innovation Management Office, adopts the "Technology for Good" approach and carries out projects in corporate, social, and open innovation areas; it strengthens processes, develops new models, and enhances social benefit. In this context, through the Hezarfen Movement, it supports the technology literacy and production skills of young people, contributing to raising individuals who not only use technology but also design and develop it.

What Do We Do Within the Scope of the National Technology Initiative?
Technology Teams and Training Process: We train young people step by step through internship and education programs, preparing them for teamwork and project discipline.
TEKNOFEST Projects: We support project development and prototyping for competition processes by forming teams at the university and high school levels.
R&D and Prototype Development: We provide hands-on engineering experience in the field with projects focused on producing domestic and original solutions.
