As Hayrat Humanitarian Aid Association, with over a decade of field experience, we continued to build bridges of kindness around the world during Eid al-Adha 2026. On our journey that began with the call "Let Qurbani Be Together," we carried your qurbani proxies to distant lands. With the support of our donors, this year we performed the slaughter and distribution of exactly 79,231 qurbani shares in 37 different countries, sharing the joy of Eid with 3.7 million of our brothers and sisters in need.

Your Trust is Safe with Islamic Procedures and Transparency

This year, with nearly 200 volunteers and our professional field teams, we spread across the globe to deliver your qurbani trusts. While the health checks of the sacrificial animals were meticulously carried out, the slaughtering was performed in accordance with Islamic procedures. We took great care to ensure that your trusts were distributed fairly to those in need, and we sent a video of each slaughter to you, our valued proxy holders. Even in the most challenging regions, your support brought abundance to tables and joy to sorrowful hearts.

Eid Joy for Our Children

In the regions where we conducted our qurbani work, we didn't just distribute meat; we also embraced the children, the purest joy of Eid. With your support, we delivered 3,446 carefully prepared Eid bags, clothes, and toys to our orphans. We did not forget little Meryem, whom we met last Ramadan, this Eid; that innocent smile on her face became one of the most beautiful memories of this Eid.

Canned Qurbani Process for Gaza

We also planned the qurbani process for Gaza with great care. The qurbani shares slaughtered with your donations are being canned in Gulf countries and prepared for delivery to our brothers and sisters in the region via Egypt or Jordan. In this qurbani too, our hearts were united, and we shared our sacrifice.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to all our benefactors who donated on the occasion of Eid al-Adha. Although our obligatory qurbani donation period has ended, we continue to deliver your votive (adha), aqiqah, voluntary (nafilah), and gratitude (shukr) sacrifice donations to those in need throughout the year.
