The effects of the Syrian civil war on people are increasing day by day. Millions of people who had witnessed war and famine migrated to border regions or other countries to find new hope and open the door to a life close to their old lives. However, having managed to survive and have their heads under a roof does not even come close to their old life. The trauma, horror and fear they have experienced have caused countless people to deteriorate in their mental health, not be able to adapt to the society they have just joined, and to be trapped in a pessimistic mood.
As Hayrat Aid, we are launching a psycho-social support campaign for our Syrian brothers and sisters who have problems in adapting to society or who have been exposed to severe trauma. After the support service to be carried out with refugees within the borders of Gaziantep, the treatment of people who need treatment will be carried out and an effort will be made to ensure that they can be included in the society again.
